Manuscript Submission
Overview
Every submission must include the manuscript, a cover letter, and a separate sheet indicating the contents of the manuscript (ie, number of text pages, references, tables, and figures) to allow the editorial office to determine whether the submission is complete. If the submission is incomplete, the corresponding author or representative will be notified of the omission(s) and asked to resubmit the paper. Acknowledgment of receipt of the complete submission will be sent in writing. Authors who provide their e-mail address will receive an immediate response (within 1 business day). All manuscripts are then peer-reviewed by at least 2 independent researchers for clinical relevance, technical accuracy, methodologic rigor, clarity, and objectivity.
