Peer Review

All manuscripts are peer-reviewed for clinical relevance, technical accuracy, methodologic rigor, clarity, and objectivity by the Editor-in-Chief and independent specialists. All reviewers are drawn from academia; they do not receive compensation for their efforts. The decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of a paper is communicated to the corresponding author in writing, usually within 6 to 8 weeks following receipt of the manuscript.
