Reprints

English language reprints of articles from Gender Medicine are available. Reprint orders must be processed through the journal office in Bridgewater, New Jersey. No other persons or offices are authorized to act on our behalf.

Standard black-and-white reprints are 8 1/2" x 10 3/4"; other sizes are available on request. Journal-style covers are available at an additional cost. Code numbers and similar items usually are inserted free of charge. Disclaimers are $150 up to 6 lines. Reprints generally are shipped 14Ð21 days from approval of final proofs. Every effort will be made to accommodate earlier shipping dates, if requested.
